Leading signage specialists Widd Signs has completed another stunning international project for retail giant Primark at its new multi-million-euro flagship Barcelona store, which sits at the heart of the famous Las Ramblas boulevard.
Over 50 Perspex® acrylic signs, many manufactured using a bespoke acrylic colour matched to the Primark branding, were created and installed over a seven-week period.
10mm aqua blue Perspex® acrylic illuminated signage welcomes shoppers entering the store, whilst Alupanel aluminium composite has been used to produce lightboxes and directional signage throughout the store.
Commenting on the project, Widd Signs Managing Director Gary Williams said:
“We’ve created and installed traditional and digital signage in over 150 Primark stores all across the world over the last 13 years now, and we’re proud to serve as one of their trusted suppliers.
“This particular project was special in so many ways. Their flagship store on Las Ramblas will be very popular in this cultural Spanish hub, and the scale and complexity of their signage requirements allowed us to once again showcase the breadth of our industry-leading capabilities.”
It’s the latest in a trio of projects Widd Signs has undertaken for Primark in Spain this year, with signage installations also completed at the retailer’s stores in the Catalonian town of Sant Cugat del Vallès and Malaga.
