Based in their 28,000 sq ft Surrey factory, the Perspex® approved fabricators manufacture all their signage in-house, bringing together the highest standard of large format printing, acrylic fabrication and metal work.
A recent project for South East England based estate agency Cluttons demonstrates the versatile nature of their signage solutions.
Perspex® Spectrum LED was specified to produce bold 30mm thick letters for the business façade. The opal grade is optimised for LED illumination and the thick letters were channelled out, with LEDs embedded into each letter. The front face of each letter was covered with blackout vinyl to enable an eye-catching blue LED halo effect emanating from the wide edge of all letters.
Each letter was then individually attached to a curved aluminium rail for fitting to the estate agent frontage.
Demonstrating their versatile solutions for customer requirements, a second Cluttons branch required an altogether different solution for their signage.
A black Alupanel Aluminium Composite sign tray was fret cut with push through opal Perspex® acrylic lettering. Silver block-out vinyl was used on the Perspex® acrylic face, with a sky blue transparent vinyl providing the coloured edge glow from the installed LEDs.

A quirky printed timber effect was recently vinyl wrapped over a 6mm opal acrylic fabricated box for a venue rebrand. The finished product reveals an eye-catching design that looks unique by day and glows at night.
